With a rich legacy originating in 1996 and a forward-looking approach, we have established ourselves as leaders in infrastructure, civil engineering, mining, trading, and emerging businesses.
KVR started as a small construction and contracting business and has grown into a diversified business group. Today, the Group is involved in infrastructure, construction, mining, commercial vehicles and machinery, trading, logistics, food, travel, lubricants, energy and other emerging sectors with 18 operating entities.
KVR Construction Heights Private Limited, formerly known as KVR Constructions, serves as the flagship company within our group. It was officially registered under proprietorship in Davanagere, Karnataka, under the visionary leadership of Mr. KVR.
From our humble start in 1996 to an A1-class government contractor and an 18-company diversified conglomerate.
Mr. Kanala Venkatarami Reddy (KVR) embarked on his professional career journey at around 24 years of age, gaining foundational ground-level exposure across heavy civil engineering sites.
Came to Karnataka and started working as a Site Manager. Later took on a subcontract for a civil project—the pivotal starting point of KVR Group. Worked on canal and road works, and registered a proprietorship company in 2000 in the town of Malebenur, expanding into irrigation and drinking water supply projects.
KVR Constructions was officially incorporated on 31 May 2007 under proprietorship. Having relocated to Davanagere in 2006, works also expanded to Rajahmundry (Andhra Pradesh). Returned to Karnataka to spearhead major state highways, canal networks, and large civil works, successfully graduating to an A1-Class Government Contractor.
Executed comprehensive municipal drinking water tap connections and bulk pipeline distribution systems for City Municipal Corporations across key urban local bodies.
Awarded and executed major road and drain improvement packages for Davanagere Smart City. Uninterrupted operations continued through challenging Covid periods, unlocking trust and subsequent awards including the Hunkal Naga Project.
KVR Construction Heights Pvt Ltd (KVRCH) was established as the primary infrastructure and construction company of the Group, building high-speed highways, bridges, irrigation canal networks, and LIS packages.
KVR Constructions and KVR Construction Heights were merged and structured under a unified corporate framework to drive rapid nationwide expansion.
Diversified into consumer goods with Aisiri Foods (spices, ready mixes, ready-to-eat & millet products) and industrial technology services with Ferro Fue Tech Infra.
Entered commercial vehicles, construction equipment, and Apollo tyres dealership through Indhu India Motors (Mahindra Trucks & Buses, XCMG, BEML) and high-end architecture with Stonespire Construction.
KVRR Infrastructure entered mega coal-mining and mining-support operations for Coal India subsidiaries (WCL, ECL, MCL) handling deep overburden removal, extraction, and heavy logistics.
Further broadened into consumer foods with KV Foods, automotive/industrial lubricants with RK Mobility, and energy retail with KVR Filling Station network.
From landmark municipal smart city road networks to mega national coal mining concessions across WCL, ECL, and MCL.
